Client onboarding
One intake form starts everything: Companies House lookup, AML check request, engagement letter, and setup in your practice software.
PracticeWired connects the software your practice already pays for, so onboarding, document chasing and Companies House checks run on their own. Your team spends its time on clients, not retyping.
For practices of 3–15 staff across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
We start with whichever one costs you the most time, then add the next.
One intake form starts everything: Companies House lookup, AML check request, engagement letter, and setup in your practice software.
Polite, automatic reminders until the client uploads what you need. Your team only hears about it when it arrives, or when it is overdue.
Confirmation statement and accounts deadlines for every client, checked on a schedule you choose, with alerts well before they are due.
When a client's details change in one system, the others update. On steps you approve, AI can read incoming emails and documents and file the details in the right place. ID documents are never included.
A 45-minute video call. We map how you onboard clients, chase documents and track deadlines, and list every place data gets retyped.
Your top three time-wasters, the hours each costs per week, and the fix for each. You choose which one we build first.
We build the automation in your own accounts, test it with you, and record a short video showing your team how it works.
The lowest-risk way to see what automation does for your practice. No long contract, no hourly billing, and you own what we build for you once it's paid for.
If the automation doesn't save your team at least 2 hours a week, measured over the 30 days after you accept it, we refund the second half.
Before PracticeWired, I spent years handling company formations, trademarks and compliance filings for clients in the UK, US, Canada and Australia. I know Companies House, confirmation statements and AML checks from the filing side.
Now I build the automations that take that admin off your team's desk. You deal with me directly, from the first call to the handover.
No. We connect the tools you already use. If a tool has no way to connect, we'll tell you on the audit call before you pay for anything. If the automation needs one small new tool, such as an automation account in your name, we'll tell you the cost before you agree.
Every pilot includes 30 days of free fixes to what we built. Problems caused by your own changes or by another company's outage or update aren't included, but we'll tell you if that's the cause. After that, an optional monthly plan covers maintenance and adds one new automation each month.
We only use AI on the steps you approve, such as reading an incoming email and filing its details. Each AI step runs on an account in your name, on paid terms that say your data isn't used to train AI models. We show you those terms before you approve the step. We don't run AI on ID documents, and only what the step needs leaves your systems.
About 45 minutes for the audit call, 30 minutes to review the plan, and an hour to test the automation with us before it goes live. The paperwork and your transfer risk assessment are on top of that.
Nothing, unless you want more. You can automate your next workflow as a one-off project or on a monthly plan.
Book a free 30-minute call. You'll leave with at least one idea you can use, whether you work with us or not.
